Make a day of the neighborhood
Pair a Ballard dinner with a neighborhood visit, or get to know Capitol Hill beyond the rooftop.
Explore Ballard →COMO is in Kirkland and Spark Pizza is in Redmond. Each is a different Eastside outing, not a Bellevue location.
Explore Kirkland →For an indoor backup, a first cup or an earlier start, keep the other guides close.
Restaurant favorites →How this guide is built
This first edition draws from Jeff’s original patio guide. Each published stop has a checked location and operator evidence of outdoor seating. It is a selection of those original recommendations, not a complete list of Seattle patios or a claim that Jeff recently visited every place.
Only explicit operator information earns a covered-and-heated label. A fire pit, umbrella, scenic window or old photograph is not enough. Other seating details remain clearly marked as unconfirmed.
Menus, weather arrangements, private events and seasonal access can change. Confirm outdoor availability, your exact seating request and accessibility needs directly. No live opening status, reservation availability, prices or review scores are shown here.
Suggest a correction →In this checked edition, Terra Plata, Spark Pizza and Brimmer & Heeltap explicitly describe both cover and heating. Brimmer’s garden is separate from its covered patio. Confirm your seating choice with the operator.
The operator says patio tables are first come, first served and cannot be reserved. A dinner reservation does not secure outdoor seating.
No. This guide requires evidence of actual outdoor seating. A restaurant with a scenic dining room is not automatically a patio recommendation.
Not yet. The checked Eastside selections in this edition are in Kirkland and Redmond. Bellevue candidates will be added only after their outdoor seating and location details are verified.
Local experiences help you get to know an area. They are not property-value forecasts or housing recommendations. Explore the neighborhood directory and Jeff’s condo specialist profile for the real estate side.
